Hi, since I have read so many of your fanfics, I thought it was high 
time I try doing one myself..... Like you guys, I will be continuing 
on from Volume 23, where Naoki thinks that Kotoko might be pregnant. 
Do give your comments, arigato........

Are you pregnant?...................

"Come, let's go back to the hospital for a check- up. It's still 
open."

He stood up and held out his hand for Kotoko, but Kotoko did not move 
a single inch.

"But, what if it is a mistake again..... What if I only caught the 
flu just like Mama, Papa and Yuki?"

"Don't worry. I am never wrong in my judgement."
Naoki said confidently. Maybe only in choosing you, he thought 
secretly.

At the hospital, it was the same doctor who had attended to Kotoko 
the last time.

"Mrs. Irie, you are here again? Are you sure this time you are really 
pregnant and not having any gastric problems?"

"Yes!!! Very sure!!!"
Kotoko was so embarassed, how could the doctor say that. But she 
gulped, she had been so confident just now, what if Naoki had been 
wrong......

"Mrs. Irie, we need you to go to the washroom and collect a sample of 
your urine, do you want Nurse Todo to follow you there?"

"No. I can manage, after all, I am such a good nurse myself."
Kotoko says boastfully. Naoki could only shake his head silently. 
That was just like Kotoko, always so confident of herself......

After 15 mins,

"Nurse Todo, could you go and take a look at Mrs. Irie? She has been 
there for so long....."

After 1 hour,

"Nurse Todo, could you go back there again and ask Mrs. Irie if she 
is ready? If not, just ask her to come back. It's already an hour!"

A sheepish Kotoko walks back into the consultation room, still 
holding the empty bottle.

"Irie-kun, I really tried very hard, but I still do not feel like 
going to toilet....."
She looked down on the floor.

"Baka! Why didn't you come out earlier and tell us this? We have been 
waiting for so long. I thought you had fainted inside there."

"Hmm..... maybe you should drink so water. That would help... Nurse 
Todo, please get Mrs. Irie a glass of water...."
This should do the trick, thought the doctor happily. I am such a 
genius! Maybe even cleverer than Naoki........

After 1 glass of water,

"I think I need another cup of water..... Just now I was too 
thirsty....."

After 5 cups of water,

"One last cup is all I need, really...."

"But, that was what you said hours ago!"

After 17 cups of water,

"Do you feel like going to the washroom now?"

Everyone looked anticipately at Kotoko. They were all waiting for her 
to collect her urine sample.

"I am really sorry, but I still do not feel like going to the 
washroom. Maybe another cup..."

"No, Mrs. Irie, I think you better come back another day. I still 
have other patients to attend to."
The doctor was already getting impatient.

"Sorry, doctor, but I think I will bring my wife here tommorow. Sorry 
for wasting your time...."

Naoki stood up and got ready to go when Kotoko suddenly says

"I think I need to go to the washroom....."
