The next day,

"Kotoko-chan, why are you still going back to the hospital? You 
should quit your job and stay at home!! How can you still go to work 
now that you are pregnant. Naoki, how can you stay let your precious 
wife go back to the hospital? She must stay at home and rest."

Mama looked so concern that Kotoko did not know what to say, she 
turned to Naoki for help.

"Mama, you don't have to worry so much. That Baka is so healthy, she 
don't even need so much rest......"

Yuki interrupted their conversation.....

"Yuki! How can you call your sister-in law a Baka? You cannot say 
that word anymore. What if the baby hears the word and is affected? 
Don't say the word Baka anymore to Kotoko, do you understand? From 
now on, the word Baka is banned in the Irie family, whoever says the 
word Baka shall be severely punished by me. No more Baka, do you 
understand!"

"Mama, but you have been saying Baka this and Baka that all just 
while........"

Mama looks shocked as if she did not know that. 

"Sorr, Kotoko-chan, sorry my darling granddaughter....... Grandma 
forgot about it....... I promise I will not say the word Ba....."

Mama immediately covered up her mouth. Looking at this scene, Naoki 
gets impatient.

"She will be alright to continue with her nursing job. If it is 
really neccesary, then I will ask her to quit the job and stay at 
home."

Seeing this, Kotoko finally speaks up,

"Mama... I want to continue to stay in the hospital. Because, I want 
to help Irie-kun, to work with him. Don't you worry, I will take good 
care of myself since I am going to be a mother soon. Isn't that 
right? Irie-kun?"

Naoki did not say anything but just nodded his head. Will that Baka 
really know how to take care of herself? He thought to himself 
worriedly.......

At the hospital,

All the nurses were looking and pointing at Kotoko. Then, Miki, 
Tomoko and Marina runs towards Kotoko excitedly.

"Kotoko, is that true? Are you really pregnant? With Naoki's child?"

Upon hearing this, Kotoko blushes and says Yes softly. Everyone 
suddenly crowds around her. They cannot believe that Kotoko is really 
pregnant because they have always think that Naoki does not love 
Kotoko and that they never do "that", despite being a couple.

Out of the blue, Miki sprung towards Kotoko and looks at her 
sincerely, as if pleading with her.

"Kotoko-chan, promise me something.....you must promise me....... no 
matter what........."
