The
10 significant signs that show that Naoki actually
loves Kotoko too:
1. Even though he said, "I
don't want it." when Kotoko tried to give him
her love letter, he did read the letter. He read it
when Kotoko was asleep.
2. Their 1st kiss was initiated by him. In fact, he
was provoked to do that when Kotoko said that she is
going to forget him.
3. After that kiss, he told her to try forgetting him....:)
4. When Kotoko was asleep under a tree, he kissed her.
This was seen by Yuki, who realises that his brother
loves Kotoko.
5. When Kinnosuke fought with another guy over
Kotoko, he stopped them and told them that their
fighting is useless as the one that Kotoko loves is
him.
6. He came back to celebrate Christmas with her when
she was left all alone at home due to a
misunderstanding.
7. He was "frozen" when he heard Kinnosuke
proposed to Kotoko.
8. He waited for her in the rain after her date with
Kinnosuke. (This was the day when Kotoko is supposed
to answer Kinnosuke's proposal.)
9. He kissed her
for the 3rd time.
10. He proposed to her!!!! ^_^
Of course, after their marriage we see
more of his love for her. :) In fact, their marriage
is quite bumpy because Naoki is soooo.......popular
with the girls. But in one case, he told her to have
confidence in their love. :)
He is also not shy of
proclaiming his love her. He told Kotoko's father
that Kotoko has no idea how much he loves her when
she got angry and upset with him.
Both of them achieved
their dreams, Naoki becomes a doctor like he had
always wanted, and Kotoko a nurse, working along side
him. :)
